ATTENTION! Electric gates may only be operated if they are clearly visible. If you wish to operate the Schartec Prime Wi-Fi garage door opener with your smartphone without having the garage door in sight, then the PLS1 light barrier is required as a secondary safety device.

IMPORTANT! The Schartec Prime can be controlled with the Schartec Smart App and Google Assistant, but not via Amazon Alexa (Echo). This option is only available when integrating third-party devices into the Schartec Smart App that are also compatible with Amazon Alexa.

IMPORTANT! When operating two SCHARTEC Prime garage door openers, the 4-channel remote control functions as follows: Button 1 = Door 1 / Button 2 = Door 2 / Button 3 = Unlock keypad lock / Button 4 = Ventilation position (both doors). Controlling more than two SCHARTEC garage door openers with only one remote control is not possible due to the keypad lock and ventilation position.

Important notes:

For large and heavy garage doors (e.g., wooden doors and large sectional doors), a second rail suspension is recommended for increased stability. The metal rails on the motor can be used in conjunction with an additional ceiling bracket (Schartec part number ST104039).

The garage door opener is intended exclusively for impulse operation of spring-balanced sectional and up-and-over doors in private/non-commercial settings. It is not suitable for garage door systems located in public areas or those equipped with a safety device.
